Step 1: Mix milk, egg, vanilla, sugar and oil in a bowl. Whisk well.
Step 2: Sift the flour and salt into another bowl.
Step 3: Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Step 4: Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Heat a pan with a little oil and pour in the mixture until the bottom is covered.
Step 6: When the crepe easily releases from the mold, turn it over to brown the other side.
Step 7: Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
Step 8: Garnish with dulce de leche, jam, cream, etc.
