Shashlik pot from the oven

Preparation:
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2 Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes. Cut the bell peppers and onion into pieces as well.
3 Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven and brown the meat on all sides. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin.
4 Add the onion and garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
5 Add the bell peppers and stir well to combine the flavors.
6 Pour in the tomato sauce, mix everything together, and cover the pot with a lid.
7 Place in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
8 Sprinkle with fresh herbs, such as parsley, before serving and enjoy hot.
Tip:
If desired, serve with rice, pasta, or fresh baguette – this makes the shashlik stew a complete and satisfying meal.
